At RadarPods, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Every RadarPods product is carefully manufactured, finished, and inspected before it leaves our shop.

30-Day Return & Money-Back Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • Products must not have been drilled, cut, painted, modified, or altered in any way.

  • All included hardware, templates, accessories, and components must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many RadarPods products are vehicle-specific and made to order, certain items cannot be returned once they have been installed or modified.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Installed or previously installed products

  • Products that have been drilled, cut, sanded, painted, wrapped, or otherwise modified

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or removal

  • Custom or specially modified products made specifically at the customer's request

  • Missing or incomplete kits

Please verify vehicle compatibility and product selection before installation.

1-Year Limited Warranty

RadarPods products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original date of delivery.

If a RadarPods-manufactured component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component at no charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation or removal

  • Improper installation

  • Accidents, impacts, abuse, or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat, or environmental exposure beyond normal automotive use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after installation

  • Third-party electronics or equipment used with RadarPods products

  • Installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic, or other third-party labor costs

  • Costs associated with vehicle disassembly, modification, repair, or restoration

RadarPods' warranty applies only to components manufactured or supplied by RadarPods and does not extend the warranty of radar detectors, laser shifters, sensors, displays, or other third-party electronic equipment.

RadarPods is not responsible for or liable for installation costs, removal or reinstallation costs, vehicle modification costs, diagnostic fees, third-party labor charges, or other incidental expenses associated with a return, warranty claim, repair, or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Installation

Many RadarPods products require vehicle disassembly, drilling, cutting, or other modifications for proper installation. Professional installation is highly recommended.

The installer is responsible for verifying product fitment, placement, and proper installation before making permanent modifications to the vehicle.

RadarPods is not responsible for damage to a vehicle, electronic equipment, interior or exterior components, wiring, paint, trim, or RadarPods products resulting from improper installation, removal, or modification.

Installation and related labor costs are not covered by the RadarPods warranty. If a product requires repair or replacement under warranty, RadarPods is not responsible for the cost of removing the original product or installing the repaired or replacement product.

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Product purchased

  • Reason for the return or warranty claim

  • Photos of the product if applicable
